1. Nature of the Service

Bachao.pk provides lifetime access to an online portal containing:

Our platform is built for information, inspiration, and planning. It is NOT a done-for-you service, nor does it guarantee any particular financial outcome.

2. Membership & Payment Terms

2.1 One-Time Fee

By paying PKR 5,000, users receive lifetime access to the Bachao.pk portal.

• This is a one-time, non-recurring payment.

• The fee is subject to change for future users. Current users will retain lifetime access regardless of future price adjustments.

2.2 Lifetime Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the operational lifetime of Bachao.pk’s current portal model. Should the platform be discontinued or transitioned to a different model, prior users will be notified in advance and may be offered migration or alternative access options where feasible.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 24-Hour Refund Window

Users are eligible for a full refund if a request is submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

• To request a refund, email support@bachao.pk with your registered email and payment details.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued after 24 hours under any circumstances.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted:

• For dissatisfaction arising after accessing and viewing the content

• Due to misunderstanding of what the portal offers (please read Section 1 carefully)

• If login credentials were shared with others (see Section 5)

4. Access, Accounts & Portal Usage

4.1 Account Access

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive:

• A unique username and password

• Access to the members-only portal

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share them with any third party.

4.2 Sharing Policy

Each membership is for a single user only. Sharing accounts, screen recordings, or downloading material for distribution is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this clause may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account

• Permanent blacklist from future platforms

• Legal action if applicable under Pakistan’s cybercrime laws

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Users are allowed to:

• Read and implement the ideas personally

Users are not allowed to:

• Resell the content in any form

• Publish it on social media or websites

• Copy, scrape, or duplicate material for public or commercial use

6. Business Idea Outcomes & Disclaimers

6.1 No Guaranteed Income

While the ideas shared are based on market trends and research, Bachao.pk does not guarantee:

• That you will earn income

• That a business idea will succeed in your location

• That you will recover your investment

Business outcomes depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and various uncontrollable factors.

6.2 Independent Decision Making

You are advised to perform your own due diligence and consult experts before investing in any business idea or opportunity shared on our platform.

Bachao.pk is not liable for any financial loss, operational challenges, or business failure arising from the implementation of an idea shared through the platform.

7. Content Update Policy

We are committed to regularly updating the portal with fresh content.

However:

• The frequency of updates may vary based on trends, public holidays, internal strategy, or resource constraints.

• Occasionally, older ideas may be archived or replaced.

Bachao.pk reserves the right to:

• Change the layout, structure, and content categories

• Introduce new features or phase out outdated sections

• Limit access to certain parts if necessary for maintenance

8. Termination & Suspension

Bachao.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user without prior notice if:

• They violate terms of use (especially account sharing or content misuse)

• They abuse refund policies

• They attempt to defame or misrepresent the platform

No refund will be granted in case of such violations.

9. Communications & User Interaction

You agree to receive:

• Important service updates via email or WhatsApp

• Limited marketing or product-related communications

We do not spam. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

11. Modifications to These Terms

Bachao.pk reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
